Standing firm and unique

The Banyan is a source of inspiration.

Very close to Human race

Teaches us to live like a one big family.

Like our forefathers the trunk holds everyone together

And still allows each branch to grow unaided

And lay it’s own foundation

After completing its cycle the trunk withers

But ensures that the roots hold the branches firm.

Unlike the young these days

The branches stay close to each other

For it knows that in solidarity is the uniqueness.

Let us all turn to The Banyan

Embrace the differences

Learn to stay together

Feel proud of our roots

And hold the values tight.
